The Power Rack or Power Cage
Also known as a Power Cage, Squat Rack, or Squat Cage, a Power Rack is designed for exercising safely with a barbell or Olympic bar. These can be adjusted to various heights and would stop the bar from falling in the event of an accident or exhaustion. Also adjustable are the bar catchers to various heights where you can pick up the barbell when you begin an exercise and rack the barbell when you finish.
